Still on the topic of British food, this is a video about Marmite, which is a spread made from yeast extract (a by-product from brewing beer). It was created in Britain in 1902, and it is a sticky, dark brown paste with a distinctive, powerful flavour, which is extremely salty and savoury. Hence, the company slogan is 'You either love it or hate it', since it isn't to everyone's taste.
